The company behind CleverBooking

CleverBooking is a product of CleverUpps CommV, a company registered in Zemst, Belgium, under VAT number BE0724738765. It was founded by Jorciney Dias, who builds the software and runs the company.

We are a small Belgian team, not an outsourced desk. The dashboard, the booking page and our replies come in English, Dutch, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Jorciney Dias founded CleverUpps and develops CleverBooking and Salunas. Questions about the product, pricing or your data reach the team at info@cleverupps.be or through the chat in the app.

CleverBooking. Booking software for businesses that work by appointment: a booking page and website widget, staff, services and locations, WhatsApp and email confirmations and reminders, deposits and prepayment through Stripe, client cards with notes and history, Google Calendar sync, video-call bookings, a custom booking domain, a referral programme and a QR code for the booking link.

Salunas. A consumer marketplace for beauty and wellness, starting in Belgium, where salons that use CleverBooking can be found and booked by new clients. Listing is optional and free for CleverBooking customers.

Belgium came first: the company is in Zemst, our first customers are Belgian, and the booking pages, reminders and support were built for Dutch- and French-speaking businesses before anything else.

CleverBooking is also sold in the Netherlands, France, Spain and Brazil. Prices are in euro excluding VAT, and in Brazilian reais in Brazil. The whole product exists in five languages, and each client sees the booking page and receives reminders in their own.

CleverBooking runs on servers in Paris, in the European Union. Your clients' data stays yours: you can export it or erase a client's personal data in one click, as the GDPR requires. Payments are processed by Stripe.

The privacy policy names CleverUpps CommV as the data controller for this website and describes what is stored and for how long; the terms of service describe the subscription.
