Basic includes 300 WhatsApp messages a month and Premium 1,000: confirmations and the reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment, sent from CleverBooking's verified business number. Beyond the quota you can keep sending at €0.05 (excl. VAT) per message, or reminders switch to email until the quota resets. Email confirmations and reminders are always included.
WhatsApp reminders →On Premium you can ask a deposit or full prepayment per service, paid through Stripe when the client books. Your client always pays your listed price; CleverBooking deducts a 4% payment fee from your payout on online-paid bookings only. A €50 service paid online pays out €48; a booking paid at the counter costs nothing extra.
